If you have paid but have not started yet, yes — a full refund, no reason needed. If your court does not accept your certificate, you get a full refund under our guarantee. Once an assessment has been completed the fee is not refundable, because the clinician's time and your written report are already done. If you stop a class program partway through, the hours you attended aren't refundable but the value of your unused hours stays on your account as credit for 12 months.
