Your signed certificate is issued the same day after you complete all required sessions and your attendance is verified. Certificates include counselor credentials and verification details.

Yes. All classes are conducted via live Zoom sessions. You can attend from anywhere with an internet connection — home, office, or on the go.

Anger management and domestic violence classes come in 4, 8, 12, 16, 26 and 52-hour programs. Theft awareness and drug and alcohol classes come in 4, 8, 12 and 16-hour programs. Choose the number of hours listed in your court order or probation paperwork.

Classes are taught live on Zoom and led by Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC, the founder of Schroeder Counseling, using an evidence-based curriculum.

Yes. Prime For Life® is taught live on Zoom by Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC, who completed Prevention Research Institute’s Prime For Life New Instructor Training. Choose 8, 12, 16, or 20 hours, with the participant workbook included. It is not a state DUI program, so if your requirement comes from a DMV or a state DUI program, confirm with them before you book. See our Prime For Life class page.

A substance abuse assessment is a clinical evaluation conducted by a CADC-certified counselor to determine the extent of substance use and recommend appropriate treatment or education levels. See details on our substance abuse assessment page.

Check your court order or speak with your probation officer to determine the specific program and hour requirements. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you identify the right program.

If you have paid but have not started yet, yes — a full refund, no reason needed. If your court or probation department does not accept your certificate, you get a full refund under our guarantee: contact us within 30 days of completing your program, with the written notice from the court or probation department. Once an assessment has been completed the fee is not refundable, because the clinician's time and your written report are already done. If you stop a class program partway through, the hours you attended aren't refundable but the value of your unused hours stays on your account as credit for 12 months. Nothing bad, and there is no extra fee. Our classes run every week — sign in to your portal and book the next date that works for you. For a one-on-one assessment appointment, let us know at least 24 hours ahead and you can move to any open time at no charge.
