Verify a Letter of Completion
Courts, probation officers and attorneys can confirm a Schroeder Counseling Letter of Completion is genuine. Enter the Certificate ID from the bottom of the letter and the client’s last name — we’ll show the program, hours and completion date we issued.

What’s on a letter of completion
We issue a letter of completion once a client has attended all of their required hours. Each one shows:
- The client’s name and the program they completed
- The completion date and the number of hours completed
- The signature of Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC, with her CADC certification number (2-01907) in the letterhead
- A Certificate ID at the bottom of the page, starting with “SC-”
- A QR code that opens this page with the Certificate ID already filled in
What a check shows
- Valid
- The name, program, hours, completion date and Certificate ID exactly as we issued them. If anything on the letter in front of you is different, the letter has been changed.
- Withdrawn
- The letter is no longer valid; the check shows the date it was withdrawn when we have it. Call us for the client’s current status.
- No match
- We couldn’t find a letter with that Certificate ID and last name. Check both against the letter, or call and we’ll confirm it by phone.
Why we ask for a last name
A Certificate ID on its own never reveals who took which program. Both must match, and a wrong ID gets the same “no match” answer as a wrong name, so the check confirms a letter you already hold without exposing anyone else’s.
