For Courts, Probation Officers & Attorneys
Schroeder Counseling runs live Zoom classes and evaluations for court and probation requirements, led by Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC. Refer a client online or by phone. Clients receive proof of enrollment when they enroll and a letter of completion when they finish their hours, and anyone can check a letter at schroedercounseling.com/verify.
How to refer a client
- Submit a referral on the referral portal. We follow up within one business day with enrollment details and next steps for your client.
- Or send your client to the class page for their requirement (listed below). They book online and pick their first class while booking.
- Follow the referral. A free partner account lists your referrals. Once your client signs a release naming you, it shows whether they signed up, their class dates and attendance (including missed classes), the hours they have finished, and their letter of completion.

What your client receives
Proof of enrollment
Emailed to your client once their enrollment is paid. It confirms they signed up and, when it is on the calendar, the date of their first class. For an assessment or evaluation, the letter confirms the scheduled appointment instead. It confirms enrollment only, never completion.
Letter of completion
Issued and emailed to your client once they have attended all of their required hours. It shows the program, the completion date and the hours completed, is signed by Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC, and carries a Certificate ID and a QR code for checking it.
Evaluation reports
A substance abuse evaluation ends in a written report with recommendations, which we send to the court, attorney or probation officer on request. For Michigan license restoration, your client receives the completed Substance Use Evaluation (Form SOS-258) for their hearing packet.
We provide direct verification to courts, attorneys and probation officers on request, at no additional charge.
How to verify a letter of completion
- Scan the QR code on the letter, or go to schroedercounseling.com/verify.
- Enter the Certificate ID from the bottom of the letter (it starts with “SC-”) and the client’s last name.
- The page shows the name, program, hours and completion date we issued, or tells you the letter was withdrawn.
Anything on the letter that differs from the check means the letter has been changed. To confirm a proof of enrollment letter or an evaluation report, call (734) 834-6934.
Classes and evaluations
Every class is live on Zoom. Clients pick the hours their paperwork lists.
- Anger management class4, 8, 12, 16, 26, or 52 hours, from $100 for 4 hours
- Domestic violence class4, 8, 12, 16, 26, or 52 hours, from $100 for 4 hoursThis is a domestic violence education class, not a batterer intervention program. If your paperwork says batterer intervention, BIP, or BIPP, or requires a certified provider, call us at (734) 834-6934 before you book. This class may not satisfy that requirement.
- Theft awareness and shoplifting class4, 8, 12, or 16 hours, from $100 for 4 hours
- Drug and alcohol awareness class4, 8, 12, or 16 hours, from $100 for 4 hoursThis is a drug and alcohol education class, not DUI school or substance abuse treatment. If your requirement comes from a DMV, the Secretary of State, or a DUI school or program, confirm with them before you book.
- Substance abuse evaluationOne session, $200, or $250 with Fast Track
- Michigan driver’s license restoration evaluation (SOS-258)One session, $200, or $300 with Fast Track
Who teaches the classes
Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC leads the classes and completes the evaluations. Her CADC certification number, 2-01907, is printed on every letter of completion.
Who decides acceptance
Available nationwide for court, probation, employer, diversion, and personal requirements. Acceptance is determined by the receiving court, probation department, employer, or ordering authority. Confirm your required hours, provider credentials, and live-online format before enrolling.
