How Our Guarantee Works
Complete Your Class
Complete your court-ordered class live with Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC. Attend all required sessions and fulfill the hours specified by your court.
Receive Your Certificate
Your signed certificate is issued the same day you complete all required hours and your attendance is verified. It includes your counselor's credentials, certification number, hours completed, and verification contact information.
Submit to Your Court
Submit your certificate to your court, probation officer, or attorney. We can also send verification directly on your behalf at no additional cost.
Request a Refund if Needed
If your court or probation department does not accept the certificate, contact us within 30 calendar days of your completion date with written documentation from the court or probation department confirming it was not accepted. We refund your payment in full.

Guarantee Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of course completion.
- Written documentation from the court or probation department confirming non-acceptance is required.
- The guarantee applies to certificates issued for classes completed in full according to program requirements.
- Substance abuse assessments and driver's license evaluations are not covered by this guarantee. For those, cancel or reschedule 24 or more hours before your appointment to move to any open time at no charge or take a full refund. A completed assessment is not refundable.
- We recommend contacting your court or probation officer before enrolling to confirm acceptance for your specific jurisdiction.
- The guarantee does not apply if the participant fails to complete all required hours or violates program policies.
