Michigan license restoration hearings are conducted by the Michigan Department of State's Office of Hearings and Administrative Oversight (OHAO), formerly the Driver Assessment and Appeal Division (DAAD). If you have ever been arrested for an alcohol or drug-related offense, the state asks for a Substance Use Evaluation (Form SOS-258) with your hearing request.
