Schroeder Counseling offers anger management classes online to Idaho residents. You join live, interactive Zoom sessions led by Jennifer Schroeder, M.S., CADC. You learn to spot emotional triggers and control impulses. You practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and conflict resolution. You also build stress management, healthy communication, and relapse prevention skills.
You may be court-ordered to take an anger management class in Idaho. It might be a condition of probation, sentencing, or a plea agreement. It could come from a family court ruling or a child protective services (CPS) requirement. The class comes in 4, 8, 12, 16, 26, or 52-hour lengths.
